WELCOME TO ISCHIA RELEASE NOTES
ON THIS PAGE:
SO, WHAT’S CHANGED?
Our new CoreView release is dedicated to Ischia, a volcanic island in the Tyrrhenian Sea. It lies at the northern end of the Gulf of Naples. Virgil poetically referred to it as Inarime and still later as Arime.
This new release is designed to provide organizations with full control over their Office 365 environment, from monitoring a single end-user’s activity to viewing usage trends across the whole company.
We have also added new features and additional speed enhancements that enable our solution with excellent responsiveness, even with tenants including more than 100.000 users.
Discover the new CoreView Portal and see why it is so powerful!

MAILBOX QUOTA REACHED? CHECK REMOVABLE ITEMS SIZE ON THE FLY!
Do you have some users reaching their mailbox quota? What if they have a huge number of items in their deleted items folder? To help you, we have modified the existing Mailbox Sizes report in order to let you see and sort mailboxes by removable items size. Try it now and see results by yourself, you will be amazed by the amount of wasted space in your company that can be recovered easily.
IS THE CLUTTER FEATURE ENABLED?
Here is a new report to help you identify Clutter status across your tenant and soon you will be able to manage Clutter status from CoreView directly. You will be able to Enable/Disable batches of mailboxes or, as requested by some customers, enable or disable this feature on all mailboxes with a single click.
LICENSE POOL IMPROVEMENTS
If you are already using License Pools you will see a lot of new features available for you at an incredible speed.
You can easily track service usage by defined license pools. This provides a way for regional administrators to monitor and improve Office 365 usage for their local user community.

Inactive Users reports with range of days
Finally, you can define a range of days to be considered for this report instead of a fixed date. This scenario was also requested by many of you.
Thank you customers! We love to craft the platform and provide new features using your invaluable feedback!
