Christian Buckley is a 16-time Microsoft MVP focused on SharePoint, Teams and Copilot for Microsoft 365, and a Microsoft Regional Director since 2018. With more than 30 years in enterprise IT and over 25 years in the Microsoft ecosystem, he writes and speaks about the governance, security and operational realities that come with running Microsoft 365 at scale, especially as Copilot and AI agents change what admins need to control.
His Microsoft experience dates to 2006, when he joined the Microsoft Managed Solutions team, the group whose work became BPOS and later Office 365. Earlier in his career he led operations and program management teams of analysts, project managers and engineers, grounding his perspective in how technology actually gets delivered and run. He has spent much of the last 15 years as an award-winning technology evangelist and consultant, holding executive roles at AvePoint, Metalogix and Beezy and working with dozens of Microsoft ISVs and partners on migration, governance and tenant management challenges.
A longtime community leader, Christian is an MGCI Regional Lead, hosts the CollabTalk Podcast and #MVPbuzzChat, and is one of the most prolific writers in the Microsoft community.
