OFFICE CLIENT INSTALLATIONS DETAILED REPORT
Yes, we did it! In the newest version of CoreView, we now include a complete list of workstations where Office Pro Plus has been installed. Assuming that the majority of your workstations have the software configured, you’ll be able to associate end users directly with hardware under their control. From this report, you’ll be able to the track OS version, plus the date that the license was requested, the machine name, and even the version of Office installed! And you can accomplish this without having to deploy agents or services to your end user devices. From this data we are able to provide a clear picture of real, active software licenses across your tenant. You can find it here: License reports – Office Installations
ON EVENT ALERT INSTALLATION
On Event Alerting extends the power and management capabilities of our real-time audit functionality. By creating logical operators searching for conditions occurring within SharePoint and OneDrive you can send real-time alerts to administrators or helpdesk personnel. Soon you’ll be able to send alerts based on AD activity such as logins and malware traffic within your organization. Add to these the near-term capability to receive alerts via SMS, and you will stay up to date on critical issues within your environment. You can find it here: Audit – Alerts Reports – Manage Alerts
DRIVE ADOPTION MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
Now when reviewing consumption reports, you can directly create adoption campaigns to increase usage directly from the CoreView interface! More importantly, you can monitor the effectiveness of your campaign be reviewing click through rates and messages read. Improve engagement by linking to professionally produced Microsoft short informational videos. By measuring how different campaign messages are driving workload adoption rates, you can fine-tune your message to improve overall efficiency.
CoreView believes that getting you closer to your environment data is one of our most important functions. Leveraging our new faceted search within the User Analyzer report, you can perform discovery across your tenant in multiple dimensions. As you use existing attributes for users to discover those objects meeting your intended criteria, drill down into the results for additional investigation, and no dead ends. Once you get used to searching by any value, in any attribute, you’ll never want to go back to plain keyword searching!
Struggling to remember a user’s email address when pulling up the user card? Now you can simply type the first 3 characters of a user’s name and the interface will automatically provide the context sensitive suggestions of the object you are targeting.
Because you demanded it, CoreView now includes reporting on the Yammer workload! Use it to find out how well your organization is sharing information internally, and drive deeper collaboration and social connections. CoreView shows who is driving content creation on the platform, allowing you to target your internal champions to drive interactivity among their peers. As the usage grows, so will your organization’s collaboration success.
The new SharePoint Site Activity report reveals critical information about the most active sites. CoreView automatically ranks them based on their action count over the last 30 days, allowing you to compare the differing utilization levels.
DELEGATION FOR DISTRIBUTION GROUP
Now our management actions have been extended to control Distribution Groups. Creating, updating, and deleting Distribution Groups has never been easier. And it is just as easy to modify their group membership.
