For over 100 years, the charitable organization has provided children everywhere with a healthy start in life, the opportunity to learn, and protection from harm. Operating in over 65 countries with 30 distinctive IT teams and 19 using the same Microsoft 365 tenant, Save the Children's global IT team was responsible for overseeing and securing a complex IT setup. They needed to empower local administrators with the ability to perform routine tasks, such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) resets, without granting overly broad global administrative rights.
