New Microsoft TEAMS Management and Reporting Capabilities
TEAMS is the Microsoft collaboration workhorse platform these days. It empowers departments and business partners to work together closely by using productive collaboration sites that are customizable for discussions, file sharing and meetings. But, do you really know how your employees are using TEAMS in your organization?
Monitoring and managing the way that TEAMS is being used, or not used, can be an ongoing challenge for IT administrators to quickly identify issues, especially if they don’t have a clear idea of what’s out there. To meet that challenge, our new TEAMS management actions and reports provide detailed information about how users interact within TEAMS to collaborate. You can use the reports to see which users are active and engaged within TEAMS sites, and if anyone is sharing information externally. You can also streamline management for the security groups used within TEAMS.

An example of a new TEAMS report is shown below. By clicking ‘Columns’, you can add or remove information within any of the TEAMS reports. The columns can also be filtered, and as with other reports in CoreView, it is simple to export, save, print, or schedule a customized report to run on a regular basis. Furthermore, using virtual-tenants, or admin groupings within CoreView, organizations can segment the information in these TEAMS reports. If you assign a specific administrator to ONLY view a subset of users, then that is the only group of user activity that will be shown in the TEAMS reports they’re allowed to view. These reports can also be added to the ‘Favorite Report’ area by clicking on the star icon close the report name. This enables quick and easy access under the ‘Analyze’ tab once you have logged into the portal.

Today CoreView is the only unified management solution for Office 365 that can help organizations perform optimized TEAMS management. And a bonus for multi-national organizations, the CoreView interface is easily configurable in multiple languages to accommodate different admin teams from around the world.
