Free Office 365 Insight with 100 Metrics, Deep Visibility with new O365 Reporting

Office 365 shops can now discover O365 critical tenant issues FREE through a series of operational and security/compliance dashboards, as well as track over 100 KPIs/metrics thanks to two recent announcements.

At this week’s Microsoft Ignite 2019 show, CoreView announced and demonstrated the CoreCommunity Edition, a free version of the CoreView solution set, and the CoreReporting Edition, a reporting only solution that details usage, security and configuration in the Office 365 tenant.

CoreCommunity Edition: This new free version of CoreView helps organizations get an overall picture of their tenant through a series of dedicated dashboards, tracking of over 100 KPIs/Metrics, and a free Office 365 Health Assessment.

The new CoreCommunity helps:

  • Save 30% On Licenses
  • Track Application Usage Over Time
  • Discover Operational Issues
  • Enforce Compliance Policies
  • Drive Teams Adoption

O365 Security 100% Understood

CoreCommunity includes an enhanced version of Secure Score; a report that shows how the organization’s level of security compares with other companies, and serves as a basis for improvement. Secure Score awards points for good security practices, such as adopting multi-factor authentication (MFA), using third party solutions to improve security, regularly producing and viewing security related reports, and using and configuring recommended Office 365 security features.

Save By Measuring License Costs, Workloads

The CoreCommunity dashboard shows how many licenses are unused, unassigned, or oversized, showing how to save 30% on average.

CoreView has found that 50% of Office 365 apps are never used, wasting money and failing to maximize productivity. CoreCommunity sets the stage for adoption campaigns and deep economic benefits.

“CoreCommunity is a set of key performance indicators and metrics that help Office 365 IT pros discover license optimization opportunities — in other word savings, potential vulnerabilities, and to have a better understanding of what operators/admins and end users are doing on the system,” said David Mascarella, Chief Global Strategist and co-founder of CoreView. “The goal of CoreCommunity is to give all this information leveraging KPIs and metrics – to inform the customer on trends and highlight the opportunities for improvement on the security, savings and operational issues CoreView has detected on the tenant.”

CoreReporting Announced and Available

CoreReporting Edition: CoreView also this week announced CoreReporting, which lets O365 IT admins gain O365 insight automatically. Forget limited reports built into Office 365 Admin Center, and put PowerShell on the shelf. Let CoreReporting do it all for you.

CoreReporting targets organizations looking for deeper visibility into their Office 365 tenant. The solution’s faster and detailed reports make reporting a breeze compared to Microsoft tools. Organizations can easily analyze millions of entities in an instant.

CoreReporting includes all CoreCommunity dashboards, adding the capability of drill down from KPI/Metrics to the related detailed reports.

CoreReporting includes a subset of reports from three different CoreView solutions: CoreAdmin focused on management, CoreSecurity, which tackles Office 365-specific vulnerabilities, and CoreAdoption, which drives deeper use of Office 365 applications such as Microsoft Teams. These reports go from high-level overall organization stats down to the individual end user level.

CoreReporting includes:

  • Dozen-Plus Report Categories
  • Device Reports
  • Stats on Operations
  • License and Usage Findings

Over 100 Pre-Built Reports Paint Complete Office 365 Picture

All key Office 365 services are tracked for usage, security, users and compliance.

CoreReporting shows a high-level aggregate view, and drills down to individual end users.

With hybrid capabilities, IT pros know what is happening in the cloud – and on the hard drive.

“CoreReporting is aimed to customers who want visibility and reporting on their tenant in few clicks and seconds — compared to the several hours it takes with the native Office 365 Admin Center and PowerShell scripting,” explained Ivan Fioravanti, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of CoreView. “It offers hundreds configuration properties retrieved in near real time from Office 365, from Exchange configuration settings per user like Litigation Hold, Archiving, Storage, to OneDrive usage stats, to Teams configuration settings and Yammer Usage.”
