WHAT’S NEW IN COREVIEW?
OFFICE PRO PLUS ACTIVATIONS AND REAL TIME AUDIT ACTIVITIES (beta)
This month we have two winners in the best feature category… Office Pro Plus Activation Report and Real Time Audit Activities (currently in beta)!
You can now easily track Office Pro Plus, Visio and Project installations across your tenant to see if these products, included in your Office 365 subscription, are really being used.
You can find it here: License reports – Software Licenses
Using integration with the Management API, we are now able to collect audit information on activities performed by users on SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive and Active Directory giving total control to Office 365 admins within boundaries defined by our unique delegation feature.
All data items are available in nearly real-time. As soon as Microsoft tracks the activities and makes it available, our system will pick it up and track it internally on the fly.
These new features are available during the beta phase and provided free of charge for new trials and all existing customers.
Analyzing mail traffic can be extremely useful to discover usage trends within your tenant’s domains, or with external customers and business partners.
You can find this reports here: Mail Traffic reports – External vs Internal
We have also added the mail size dimension that is helpful to find users sending or receiving huge messages. This can assist with internal marketing campaigns and training incentives to prompt users to utilize different services like OneDrive in order to optimize their information sharing methods.
You can find this report here: Mail Traffic reports – Mail Traffic by User
Be sure to check the selector in upper part of the page to choose between item number and size.
